TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of trikkobrand.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the site are in EUR and include VAT (Spanish IVA, 21%) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.

3. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express
PayPal
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
Klarna (Pay in 30, Pay in 3, financing where available)

All transactions are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

4. Order process

Select item(s) and add to cart.
Proceed to checkout, enter shipping and payment details.
You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.
When the order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

An order is considered accepted by us only when we send the shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes; in such case the full amount paid is refunded.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship via UPS from Spain. Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, art. 102 et seq.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to help@trikkobrand.com within the 14-day window, including your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form below.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Full details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Product information

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor variations between the photos and the actual item may exist.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRIKKOBRAND, SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from any product purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of TRIKKOBRAND, SL and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the consumer's place of residence within Spain, or alternatively the courts of Barcelona.
