RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This applies to every product we sell, including drops and sale items.

Conditions

Item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging must still be attached.
Item must not be damaged or altered.

Who pays for return shipping

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

How to return

Email us at help@trikkobrand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you want to return.
We will send you the return address and detailed instructions within 48 hours.
Ship the item back using a tracked service of your choice. Keep the tracking number.
Once we receive the item and verify it meets the conditions above, your refund is processed.

Refund timeline

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund is sent back to the same payment method you used for the original order (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). Bank processing times may add 3–10 additional working days.

Returns after 14 days

Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted. The item will be returned to you and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email help@trikkobrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping in these cases and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Customs and undelivered packages

If you refuse a customs charge on your order, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return-handling fees once we receive the package back.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a size or product, place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

This policy implements your right of withdrawal under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, art. 102 et seq.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at help@trikkobrand.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
