Shipping Policy (NEW DRAFT — for review)

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship from Spain via UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times

Estimated business days from dispatch (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):

  • Spain and Portugal: 1–2 business days
  • European Union (DE, FR, IT, NL, BE, AT, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • United States: 3–5 business days (UPS Express Saver)
  • Rest of world: 5–7 business days

Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order total. You can see the exact cost before completing the purchase.

Tracking

Once shipped, you receive an email with your UPS tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also track via ups.com/track.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. United States, United Kingdom post-Brexit, Switzerland), customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. These are paid by the customer to the carrier or local customs authority and are not included in the price at checkout.

If you refuse a customs charge and the package is returned, you will be refunded the order value minus the original shipping cost and any handling fees.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if the package arrives damaged, email us at help@trikkobrand.com with your order number. We will open a claim with UPS and resolve the issue within 14 days. For damaged packages, please include photos in your first email.

Wrong address

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the re-shipping cost.
